KB Home (KBH) Posts Surprise Q3 EPS of 4c; Deliveries Up 7%, Backlog Up 33%

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) reported Q3 EPS of $0.04, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $424.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $430.05 million.

Backlog up 33 percent to $744.7 million.
