The Company expects preliminary revenue for the second fiscal quarter of 2013 to be approximately $110 to 120 million compared to the previously guided revenue range of $130 to $140 million. This preliminary revenue range compares to $113.6 million for the first fiscal quarter of 2013 and $78.5 million for the second fiscal quarter of 2012. The Street sees revs of $134.4 million. Navistar (NAV) Begins "Voluntary Separation Program", Other Cost Cuts Following Q3 Earnings Disappointment

Shares of Navistar International (NYSE: NAV) are higher in pre-market trading after the company reported revenue that was above consensus estimates. For the third quarter, Navistar reported revenue of $3.32 billion compared analyst forecasts of $2.96 billion. This was below last year's revenue of $3.54 billion.
