Facebook (FB) CEO Zuckerberg Hasn't Adopted 10b5-1 Trading Plan, Will Waive Market Stand-Off Position
September 4, 2012 4:46 PM EDTFacebook (Nasdaq: FB) intends to waive its market stand-off provision and the CEO Mark Zuckerberg hasn't adopted a rule 10b5-1 trading plan yet.
From an 8-K filed with the U.S. SEC:
"Our employees are subject to market-stand-off provisions that prohibit them from selling or otherwise transferring any of their common stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable for shares of common stock until November 14, 2012.
