Schwab Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend and Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

WESTLAKE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Charles Schwab Corporation at its meeting today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per common share. The dividend is payable November 27, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2026.
