Arcosa Stockholders Approve Acquisition by CRH
September 4, 2026 4:15 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) (Arcosa or the Company), a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, today announced that the Companys stockholders approved the acquisition by CRH (NYSE: CRH) at its special meeting on September 4, 2026. Arcosa will disclose the final, certified voting results on a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
