SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 14% increase in the Companys regular quarterly dividend from $1.10 to $1.25 per share, or to $5 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2026.
