Dorian LPG Ltd. Declares Irregular Cash Dividend of $1.00 Per Share and Completion of the Sale of Corsair
July 16, 2026 6:00 AM EDTSTAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the "Company" or "Dorian LPG"), a leading owner and operator of modern and ECO very large gas carriers ("VLGCs"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Companys common stock, returning approximately $42.8 million of capital to shareholders. The irregular dividend is payable on or about August 12, 2026 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2026.
