The analyst comments "CleanSpark signs a transformational $6.6B HPC/AI contract at Sandersville. Shares of CLSK are surging this morning (+20.0% vs. a modest rise in the Nasdaq) after the company announced that it has signed a 20-year colocation contract with an undisclosed, investment-grade global technology tenant to deliver 175 MW of critical IT load at its Sandersville, Georgia, data center campus.
