HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Chevron Technical Center, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), and ZL Chemicals Ltd today announced a technology licensing agreement under which ZL may commercialize Chevron-developed chemical surfactant technology. ZL plans to offer products and services utilizing the licensed technology under the Vantis brand.
