(Nasdaq: VIVK) (Vivakor or the Company), an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, reuse, and remediation services, today announced that it has reset the payment date of its previously announced special dividend to September 5, 2026.
The payment date has been extended to September 5, 2026. The record date and all other terms of the previously announced special dividend remain unchanged, and no action is required by eligible shareholders.
