Inuvo raises $12.97M through debt and equity transactions
June 30, 2026 8:48 AM EDTInuvo, Inc. (NYSE American: INUV) announced financing transactions totaling $12.97 million in gross proceeds, according to a company statement.
The financing consists of two components. The first is a non-dilutive note purchase agreement closed on June 29, 2026, under which Inuvo issued two secured promissory notes with aggregate gross proceeds of $10 million. The first note carries a principal of $4.142 million at a 9.0% interest rate with an original issue discount of $342,000. The... More
