Hertz Announces Pricing of Offering of 37,037,037 Shares of Common Stock

(NASDAQ: HTZ) (Hertz or the Company), a leading global rental car company, today announced that it has priced a SEC-registered offering of 37,037,037 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, (the Common Stock), at a public offering price of $2.70 per share. Such shares (the Borrowed Shares) will be loaned by the Company to J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (in such capacity, the Share Borrower), one of the underwriters of the offering of the Borrowed Shares, pursuant to a share lending agreement.
