June 15, 2026 8:43 AM EDTCENTENNIAL, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Quantum Corporation (Nasdaq: QMCO) ("Quantum" or the "Company") today announced that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 ("Fiscal 2026").
