ISS and Glass Lewis Recommend DSM and LEO Stockholders Vote to Support Board Nominees
June 9, 2026 4:40 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc. announced today that proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis have recommended that stockholders of BNY Mellon Strategic Municipals, Inc. (LEO) and BNY Mellon Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (DSM) vote in favor of each Funds three incumbent nominees on the WHITE proxy card ahead of the Funds annual stockholders meetings on June 11, 2026.
