(Nasdaq: VWAV) ("VisionWave" or the "Company"), an advanced sensing technology company developing AI-driven, RF-based sensing and computational acceleration technologies for defense and commercial uses, today announced it has executed a definitive agreement with respect to the proposed strategic acquisition of controlling interest in Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: FRSX). According to the Agreement, VisionWave will acquire up to 52% of Foresights outstanding shares in exchange for $17.5 million in VisionWaves shares of common stock.
