Old Dominion Freight Line Provides Update for Second Quarter 2026
June 3, 2026 7:00 AM EDTTHOMASVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today reported certain less-than-truckload (LTL) operating metrics for May 2026. Revenue per day increased 12.3% as compared to May 2025 due to an increase in our LTL revenue per hundredweight that was partially offset by a 3.8% decrease in LTL tons per day. The change in LTL tons per day was attributable to a 5.3% decrease in LTL shipments per day that was partially offset by a 1.6% increase in LTL weight per shipment.
