KKR Sells CIRCOR Aerospace to Parker Hannifin for $2.55 Billion
May 21, 2026 9:15 AM EDTNEW YORK & BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KKR and CIRCOR International (CIRCOR or the Company), a global manufacturer of flow control products for industrial, naval, and aerospace markets, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell CIRCOR Aerospace, the Companys aerospace division, to Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), the global leader in motion and control technologies, for $2.55 billion. Funds managed by KKR first acquired CIRCOR for $1.8 billion in 2023 and will maintain ownership of CIRCORs Naval and Industrial businesses.
