Acadia Realty Trust Announces $0.20 Per Share Quarterly Dividend
May 12, 2026 4:30 PM EDTRYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) (Acadia or the Company) today announced that its Board of Trustees has authorized a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The quarterly dividend is payable on July 15, 2026 to holders of record as of June 30, 2026.
