MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX, FedEx) today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) declared effective the Registration Statement on Form 10 (Form 10) filed by FedEx Freight Holding Company, Inc. (FedEx Freight) in connection with the previously announced separation of FedEx Freight from FedEx into a new, publicly traded company.
