News Corporation Reports Third Quarter Results for Fiscal 2026
May 7, 2026 4:15 PM EDTFISCAL 2026 THIRD QUARTER KEY FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS
Third quarter revenues were $2.19 billion, a 9% increase compared to $2.01 billion in the prior year, driven by growth at the Digital Real Estate Services, Dow Jones and Book Publishing segments. Net income from continuing operations in the quarter was $121 million, a 13% increase compared to $107 million in the prior year. Third quarter Total Segment EBITDA was $343 million, an 18% increase compared to $290 million in the prior year.
