NHI Announces CFO Succession Plan; John Spaid to Retire, Todd Siefert Named Successor
April 23, 2026 4:15 PM EDTMURFREESBORO, Tenn., April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI) announced today that John Spaid, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire effective July 1, 2026. To support a seamless transition, the Company will appoint Todd Siefert as Executive Vice President Corporate Finance, effective June 1, 2026, and he will succeed Mr. Spaid as Chief Financial Officer upon his retirement.
