Kinder Morgan Reports First Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Earnings per share (EPS) 38% greater than 2025; Adjusted EPS up 41%
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc.s (NYSE: KMI) board of directors today approved a cash dividend of $0.2975 per share for the first quarter ($1.19 annualized), payable on May 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2026. This dividend is a 2% increase over the first quarter of 2025.
