Atlantic Union Bankshares Reports First Quarter Financial Results
April 21, 2026 6:45 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the Company or Atlantic Union) (NYSE: AUB) reported net income available to common shareholders of $119.2 million and both basic and diluted earnings per common share of $0.84, for the first quarter of 2026 and adjusted operating earnings available to common shareholders(1) of $126.2 million and adjusted diluted operating earnings per common share(1) of $0.89 for the first quarter of 2026.
