Wearable Devices Announces a Warrant Inducement Transaction for $5.0 Million in Gross Proceeds

(Nasdaq: WLDS, WLDSW) (Wearable Devices or the Company), a technology growth company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered touchless sensing wearables, today announced its entry into a warrant inducement agreement with an existing institutional investor of the Company for the immediate exercise of warrants to purchase up to 2,904,499 of its ordinary shares (the Existing Warrants) at an exercise price of $1.73 per share for gross cash proceeds of approximately $5.0 million, before deducting fees and other transaction expenses.
