SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM) has been notified of an unsolicited mini-tender offer by Tutanota LLC (Tutanota) to purchase up to 500,000 shares, which is less than 0.05%, of Qualcomms outstanding common stock at a price of $150.00 per share.
