Costco Wholesale Corporation Announces an Increase in Its Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 15, 2026 4:15 PM EDTISSAQUAH, Wash., April 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Costco Wholesale Corporation (Costco or the Company) (Nasdaq: COST) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Costco common stock and approved a quarterly increase from $1.30 to $1.47 per share, $5.88 on an annualized basis. The quarterly dividend is payable May 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 2026.
