P&G Recommends Stockholders Reject Mini-Tender Offer by Potemkin Limited
April 8, 2026 4:30 PM EDTCINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) today announced that it has been notified of an unsolicited mini-tender offer by Potemkin Limited (Potemkin) to purchase up to 10,000 shares of the Companys common stock at a price of $100.00 per share. The $100.00 per share offer price represents an approximately 30% discount to the closing price of $143.16 on March 24, 2026, the last trading day prior to the date of the offer. P&G shareholders who tender their shares in this offer will receive a below-market price.
