Integer Announces Board Leadership Transition
April 6, 2026 5:00 PM EDTPLANO, Texas, April 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR), a leading global medical device contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), today announced Pamela G. Bailey, who currently serves as Integers independent Chair of the Board, will not stand for re-election at the Companys 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled for May 20, 2026. Following the Annual Meeting, the Board intends to appoint current director Donald J. Spence to serve as independent Chair of the Board.
