Valaris Enters Strategic Collaboration Agreement
April 6, 2026 8:00 AM EDTHAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Valaris Limited (NYSE: VAL) (Valaris or the Company) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ensco UK Drilling Ltd., has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA or the Agreement) with PETRONAS Suriname Exploration & Production BV (PETRONAS Suriname) and Halliburton to support the development of PETRONAS Surinames offshore assets.
The SCA brings together Valaris offshore drilling expertise and high-specification global fleet, PETRONAS Surinames project stewardship and basin knowledge, and Halliburtons subsurface, well construction and digital solutions.
