Unity Releases Preliminary First Quarter Results Exceeding Guidance; Will Enhance Growth and Profitability by Exiting Non-Strategic Ad Businesses
March 26, 2026 4:05 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Unity (NYSE: U), the worlds leading game engine, today announced preliminary revenue and Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter 2026 above guidance. Unity expects to report revenue of $505 Million to $508 Million, compared to guidance of $480 Million to $490 Million. Unity expects Adjusted EBITDA of $130 Million to $135 Million, compared to guidance of $105 Million to $110 Million, representing year-over-year growth of 58%.
