LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc. (NYSE: KLC) (KinderCare, the Company, and we), a leading provider of high-quality early childhood education, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025, which ended January 3, 2026, and provided guidance for fiscal year 2026. The fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 consisted of 14 weeks and 53 weeks, respectively, compared to 13 weeks and 52 weeks in the comparable prior year periods.
