FICO Announces Pricing of $1.0 Billion in Senior Notes
March 11, 2026 4:45 PM EDTBOZEMAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FICO) announced today that it priced $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Senior Notes due 2034 (the Notes) in a private offering that is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). The Notes were priced to investors at 100% of their principal amount and are senior unsecured obligations of FICO.
