(NASDAQ: LULU) (lululemon or the company) today commented on Chip Wilsons press release in relation to his nomination of three director candidates to stand for election to the companys Board at lululemons 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders:
We have continued to engage with Mr. Wilson in good faith over the past few months, including numerous meetings, with the goal of having a productive dialogue with him. We disagree with Mr. Wilsons characterization of his interactions with the Board.
