Chubb Limited Board Will Recommend 33rd Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase to Shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting; Declares Quarterly Dividend
February 26, 2026 7:20 AM ESTZURICH, Feb. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today that its Board of Directors will recommend to shareholders at the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the 33rd consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $4.08 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $1.02 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.97 per share.
