NIO subsidiary secures 2.26 billion yuan investment for chip business
February 26, 2026 6:13 AM ESTNIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) announced that its subsidiary GeniTech Co., Ltd. has entered into definitive agreements with Chinese investors for a 2.257 billion yuan cash investment. The investors will subscribe for newly issued shares in GeniTech, which operates NIO's intelligent-driving chip business.
