NOG Declares $0.45 Quarterly Cash Dividend, Announces 2026 Management Dividend Recommendations
February 24, 2026 4:15 PM ESTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) (NOG or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Companys common stock. The Company is also providing Managements recommendations for 2026.

NOGs Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.45 per share, representing the same level from the prior years dividend and the same level as the prior quarter.
