Celanese Corporation Reports Full Year 2025 and Fourth Quarter Earnings
February 17, 2026 4:00 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global chemical and specialty materials company, today reported full year 2025 U.S. GAAP diluted loss per share of $10.44 and adjusted earnings per share of $3.98. The Company generated net sales of $9.5 billion in 2025, a 7 percent decrease from the previous year consisting of a 4 percent decline in price and a 4 percent decline in volume, with a small currency benefit. Throughout the year, the Company experienced lower-than-normal demand levels in key end-markets like automotive, paints, coatings, and construction.
