Koppers Holdings Inc. Announces Increase to Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 11, 2026 11:07 AM ESTPITTSBURGH, Feb. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP), an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals, and carbon compounds, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 12.5 percent increase in the planned quarterly dividend rate for 2026, from $0.08 to $0.09 per share of Koppers common stock. A quarterly dividend will be paid on March 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on March 6, 2026.
