Griffon Corporation Announces First Quarter Results
February 5, 2026 7:33 AM ESTNEW YORK,--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffon Corporation (Griffon or the Company) (NYSE: GFF) today reported results for the fiscal 2026 first quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Revenue for the first quarter totaled $649.1 million, a 3% increase compared to $632.4 million in the prior year quarter.
Net income totaled $64.4 million, or $1.41 per share, compared to $70.9 million, or $1.49 per share, in the prior year quarter.
