Trustmark Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2025 Financial Results

JACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trustmark Corporation (NASDAQGS: TRMK) reported net income of $57.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, representing diluted earnings per share of $0.97. For the full year, Trustmarks net income totaled $224.1 million, representing diluted earnings per share of $3.70. Trustmarks net income in 2025 produced a return on average tangible equity of 12.97% and a return on average assets of 1.21%.
