Williams Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 5%
January 27, 2026 11:19 AM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.10 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable on March 30, 2026, to holders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2026.
This is a 5% increase from Williams fourth-quarter 2025 quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, paid in December 2025.
