January 23, 2026 4:15 PM ESTDUNKIRK, N.Y., Jan. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (Lake Shore Bancorp) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Bank (the Bank), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its outstanding common stock on January 21, 2026. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 11, 2026 to stockholders of record as of February 2, 2026.
