January 22, 2026 4:01 PM ESTALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. (the Company or Burke & Herbert) (Nasdaq: BHRB) reported financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2025. In addition, at its meeting on January 22, 2026, the board of directors declared a $0.55 per share regular cash dividend to be paid on March 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
