FS Bancorp, Inc. Reports $8.4 Million of Net Income or $1.10 Per Diluted Share for the Fourth Quarter of 2025 and 3.6% Increase in Its Quarterly Dividend
January 21, 2026 4:30 PM ESTMOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash., Jan. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FS Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSBW) (the Company), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the Bank), today reported net income of $8.4 million, or $1.10 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to $7.4 million, or $0.92 per diluted share, for the comparable quarter one year ago. Net income for 2025 was $33.3 million, or $4.29 per diluted share, compared to $35.0 million, or $4.36 per diluted share, for 2024.Â
