Union Bankshares Announces Earnings for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025 and Declares Quarterly Dividend
January 21, 2026 3:00 PM ESTMORRISVILLE, Vt., Jan. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Union Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ UNB) today announced results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025, and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend. Consolidated net income for the three months ended December 31, 2025, was $2.7 million, or $0.60 per share, compared to $3.0 million, or $0.67 per share, for the same period in 2024 and $11.1 million, or $2.43 per share for the year ended December 31, 2025 compared to $8.8 million, or $1.94 per share for the same period in 2024.
