Five Star Bancorp Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend
January 16, 2026 12:30 PM ESTRANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Jan. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Five Star Bancorp (Nasdaq: FSBC) (Five Star or the Company), a holding company that operates through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Five Star Bank (the "Bank"), announced today the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Companys voting common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of February 2, 2026.
