Ladder Capital Corp Announces Fourth Quarter 2025 Dividend to Holders of Class A Common Stock
December 15, 2025 8:15 AM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ladder Capital Corp (Ladder or the Company) (NYSE: LADR) today announced the declaration by its board of directors of a fourth quarter 2025 dividend of $0.23 per share of Class A common stock. The cash dividend is payable on January 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025.
