Goldman Sachs on Venture Global (VG): 'we see this as a solid release'
November 10, 2025 8:58 AM ESTGoldman Sachs analyst John Mackay reiterated a Buy rating and $17.50 price target on Venture Global (NYSE: VG).
The analyst comments "Venture Global, (VG Buy) reported 3Q25 adj. EBITDA of $1,525m, better vs GSe of $1,462m and FactSet consensus of $1,493m (+4%/+2%). Lower development expense and opex drove the beat relative to our estimate, while underlying volumes and margins were largely in-line.
