MFA Financial, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results
November 6, 2025 8:30 AM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) today provided its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025:
MFA generated GAAP net income to common stockholders and participating securities for the third quarter of $37.3 million, or $0.36 per basic and $0.35 per diluted common share. Distributable earnings, a non-GAAP financial measure, were $21.0 million, or $0.20 per basic common share. MFA paid a regular cash dividend of $0.36 per common share on October 31, 2025.
