BBRC Releases Letter to Victoria’s Secret’s Board of Directors
November 4, 2025 8:15 AM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BBRC International PTE Limited (together with its affiliates, BBRC or we), which owns approximately 12.9% of the outstanding shares of Victorias Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) (VS or the Company), today released the below letter to the Companys Board of Directors (the Board).
